Our process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and relationship-driven. We begin by developing a due diligence (DD) plan based on the Letter of Intent (LOI) and initial deal analysis. From there, we structure a collaborative workspace with secure access for sharing and reviewing documentation. We lead kickoff meetings to align all parties and then spend focused time onsite with the owners of the target company to gain deep insights, build rapport, and move the process forward quickly.
Once the onsite work is complete, we synthesize our findings and present them to your internal team, then help guide final discussions with the seller to adjust or confirm terms based on what was discovered.
